I've never tested XCFE with Dabo. Can you run any of the wxPython
samples, and do they have normal menus when you do? I'd like to know if this is
something to do with Dabo, or a problem at the wxPython level.
I can tell you one thing: this is new. I've used Dabo applications with
XCFE before, no problem with the menus.
Things I've changed: upgraded to Xubuntu 12.10. Afterwards tried "svn
up" in my Dabo directory, got an error message and did "svn upgrade"
instead. No use of Dabo applications in between.
After that, crash with applications using crypto keys and no menu any more.
The wxPython samples: the "Menu" part in the wxPython demo application
has got its menu. I don't know which of the other samples should have
menus. Those I tried have none.
