Weird, I have the same setup as you and I don't get segfaults, although I do 
see the
"False" and "True" in the boolean grid editor like you do.

I'm sure I'm to blame for these problems, and I think they probably stem from 
work I
did trying to get dGrid working right on wx2.9.4/64 on Mac, about 2 months ago. 
It
turns out it is pretty hard to avoid segfaults when working with grid editors, 
and I
altered a segfault workaround I'd put in place over 5 years ago. I probably 
just need
to revert all that and forget about the future wxPython versions for now.

Anyway, if you could confirm which dabo version introduced the problem, that 
would
still help.
