Confirmed on Windows Vista with Dabo 0.9.9 and wxPython 2.8.12.1.

UI Version: 2.8.12.1 on wxGTK (gtk2)
Probably the same problem I reported a while ago with re-opened panels -
I didn't try it then with new components. This time I tried a new form
and a new page, same result (segfault, no error message).
If it is the same problem then it happened with 0.9.7 or possibly 0.9.6
(I got so many error messages with that version that I gave up).
