Thanks for the reply. You are correct - I wanted the memo to span multiple detail lines rather than being recreated for each. I'm using PageForeground as you suggested and I believe it will work well, so long as I can set short reports to allow for enough space.
As a side note, I'm having an issue with the height of the ReportBegin band not being respected by other bands (so the content is written over). I can get around this issue by moving it to other bands.
