Dimensions of the Luchos

What are the height/width/depth of EACH of the luchos measured in tefachim,
and in what Maseches do we learn that?

The Kollel replies:
According to the Gemara in Bava Basra 14a, they each were a square of 6
Tefachim by 6 Tefachim, and 3 Tefachim thick.
