Sorry. That's what tends to happen when one is in too big of a hurry.
I have pushed a new branch which should have this fixed, updated to the
latest blead. It also has some new tests that test some of the macros
in utfebcdic.h and utf8.h directly, instead of relying indirectly on
other tests to exercise them.
