Yes. I think that there are basically 2 types of configuration options:

1: Arguments to Configure (such as -Duse64bitall)
2: Arguments that are actually cflags to substitute in where -DDEBUGGING is
   in the sample Policy.sh

and that basically a file needs to let you make groups of possibilities to
test, so that the script has (in effect) a foreach () loop for each group.
