Dow Chemical reports wider loss
Dow Chemical Co., the No. 1 U.S. chemical maker, on Thursday reported a much bigger
fourth-quarter loss, as soaring energy costs overran increased sales volumes and it
recorded $828 million in asbestos-related charges.
