Dow touches 2005 low after Apple�?Ts outlook
Stocks extended their recent losing streak Thursday, dragging the Dow Jones 
industrial average to its lowest level since November, as a cautious forecast 
from Apple Computer Inc. unsettled investors, who are growing uneasy about the 
economy despite signs of continued improvement in the labor market.

WashPost: Wal-Mart leaves bitter chill in Quebec
Wal-Mart, whose $10 billion annual profits are based on low prices, low

Maytag recalls 636,000 vacuum cleaners
Maytag Corp. agreed to recall about 636,000 Hoover vacuum cleaners due to 
defective on-off switches that can overheat the handle and tool area of the 
vacuum, causing a fire hazard, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission said 
Thursday.

 U.S. business inventories rose 0.5 percent in February, matching analyst
