Stocks see worst week since mid-April

Citigroup, Legg Mason agree to asset swap
Citigroup Inc. on Friday said it agreed to swap most of its asset-management 
business in exchange for Legg Mason Inc.'s broker-dealer business, about $1.5 
billion in Legg Mason stock and a roughly $550 million, five-year loan 
facility. The total value of the transaction is about $3.7 billion, subject to 
adjustments, the companies said.
