Yeah, that's not particularly pretty. I'll try to have a look when I have a mo, but I'm not very good at front-end design/styling stuff. Ideally, I'd like to replace the basic "slideshow" bit with a slightly more advanced one with next/previous buttons to flick through manually if the user desires.
