I attended the DANE working group meeting this week and quickly saw the
applicability of your work to another effort in the IETF which could be another
use case for DANE. We are hosting a side meeting on Thursday (details below)
to discuss ideas around forming a working group to address security automation
standards. Security automation is focused on the exchange of configuration,
vulnerability, digital event, and relevant supporting information that can be
used to make security processes more efficient and responsive to current and
emerging threats. Dane could provide a means to establish secure
communications between organizations sharing security automation information.

If this topic sounds interesting to you, we would be glad to have you attend
the side meeting on Thursday at 6:30p in Plaza C.

Sincerely,
Dave Waltermire
