Abstract:
   The OPENPGPKEY DNS Resource Record can be used to match an email
   address to an OpenPGP key.  This document specifies a Best Common
   Practise ("BCP") for email clients, MUA's and MTA's for using the
   OPENPGPKEY DNS Resource Record.
