Head to the local pet store and get something called
Simple Solution...dear God in heaven I would have
never made it through puppyhood if it wasn't for this
stuff.  Never tried it on cat urine...but it removed
on several occations one of the most pungent smells
known to man..."anal gland fluid" from off my clothes
and arms from working at the Vet's ...ewwwww LOL. 
Let's just say...if it can do that...it can clean that
smell up in a heartbeat...have fun!
