Thanks to everyone and their very nice comments!!!
I am still very very upset and our house seems so empty with only 2
danes and a pom who is the boss!!
Long story made short-Heather was a very healthy girl and I had all
the health tests done before I bred her. Her mom passes away at 10
and I had my heart set on having her until then. Also when Heather
went on a show circuit down to Nevada and Oklahoma 6 years ago she
got sick (Possible pre bloat-never will know the whole truth on that
episode). Anyhow Bryan and I flew to Oklahoma , rented a car, and
drove her home. That was the last time any of my kids went on a show
circuit without Mom (Molly rode down to the Nationals in Jill's
motorhome and I flew but I was in touch with her daily and had her
with me the minute after she showed until she left to go home) The
last two months have been very hard on me (and her).
We can just never love these danes enough....
