'Course they love us! The other day I was in my office and I heard a racket
in the living room, went out and saw Jake throwing a box around. Well I had
just gotten a new digital camera and had left the box and all it's contents
on the counter while I read the [extensive!] manual...so I assumed the worst
and said, "Jake, you are SUCH a bad dog!" He dropped the box and hid behind
my chair, peeking out at me. Well it turned out it wasn't the camera box he
had stolen, just an empty box....I felt like an ass and held out my hand and
said "c'mere, I love ya"...and out he came, wagging his tail and snuffling
my face. Incident forgotten. Yeah, gotta love 'em!
