This is just my opinion, but I would neuter first, then after at least 2 weeks
do the rabbies. The anesthetic will work it's way through his system much
faster than the vacc. And you won't have to worry about the immune system being
compromised before surgery. With my acupressure training I have learned several
acupresuure points that work to detoxify the system. I use these after surgery
to work the anesthetic out, and after vacc to help lessen the possibility of a
reaction.
