Several years ago my Sheltie had fairly frequent (every few
weeks) seizures, and now my little Casey has them on 
rare occasions.  Unless they are really frequent, it seems
that there is no need to treat them for it.  Keep an eye on
him to make sure they aren't happening often, but if he
has another, just hold him and love him.  They frequently
will either have to pee or throw up after one, but once
it's passed, it's passed.  And I've been told you don't
have to worry about them choking like you do with humans.

This is all assuming, of course, that the siezure wasn't
caused by something he ingested (like anti-freeze).

Lots of luck.  I know how scary they are.
