Chiming in late on this one - but there usually is an official videographer
for the nationals, my understanding is that it was K9 TV out of Colorado,
who did it last year too. They were hired by GDCA committee to videotape
and are allowed to sell the tapes to anyone who was interested. Maxine
knows the owner (John?) and maybe can confirm whether they were there this
year?
Zeli is a lovely, reputable person who is also a very good private
videographer. I would expect that for those who sent her $$ for a tape
that there is no reason to fear! Perhaps with the holiday she has been out
of town or has been tied up with work. She is an attorney by profession. It
seems to me that there is a misalignment of expectations on
delivery/turnaround times.
