I'm using basically the same as Marianne, with a few extra ones. :O)

Mine get:
Flax seed oil *
Vitamin E
Vitamin C (chewable) *
Fastrak *
Kelp
SBGA
Grape Seed Extract
ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar) *
Cod Liver Oil
Vitamin B complex
Glucosamine *
Chondritin *

* denotes every day.. the rest is givien w/ their veggie mix (every third
day)

Ruby... as far as your chicken concerns, if it helps we use chicken backs as
their main staple source of RMB, but you can use whatever you feel
comfortable with. If you are worried about the salmonella, then freeze it
for at least 5 days and then thaw it carefully (in the fridge), rinse the
meat in the grape seed extract (rinse the GSE off) and then give it to your
pups. Wear disposable gloves and wash your countertops w/ a bleach and
water mixture. Feed them outside so that the juice isn't on your floor!
Personally I feel that your chances of bloat are DECREASED w/ BARF and the
immune problem shouldn't be a concern. Twink was very, very sick and her
immunity was gone this summer before she died, but she did not get sick once
from BARF. Our vet told us flat out that the only reason she lived to be a
year was b/c of the BARF diet. Most dogs born w/ liver shunts die before
they are even six months old. Twink lived to be one year and seventeen days
old.

So... if my opinion counts.. which it probably doesn't (ROFLMAO)... chuck
the kibble and take a leap in faith. You can always go back to kibble if
you don't like the results....
