* Replace tzdata2009o+argentinadst.tar.gz with tzdata2009r.tar.gz:
- Update time zones for some Australian stations on Antarctica
- Fix historical DST rules for Hong Kong
- Update DST rules for Syria (effective from October)
- Update DST rules for Argentina (includes our patch
argentinas-dst-2009.diff and fixes DST for province San Luis)
