At present, there is no indication for the user that a freshly 'get'ed
repo contains unresolved conflicts. Darcs should probably in this case
print a message such as:
This repository contains unresolved conflicts in the following files:
...
Run 'darcs resolve' from within the repository to insert conflict markers.
Possibly get should also have the --mark-conflicts option available.
