Those quotes are from me on IRC.  I'm not a core darcs developer, although I've
contributed a few ideas and patches here and there.

There are three kinds of GUI that I would like to see:

1.  For myself, a GUI that visualizes the patch dependency graph and lets you
    interactively toggle "require", "exclude", and "allow" settings for each
    patch.
2.  For the Windows developer in my company, a GUI that is just like
    TortoiseSVN.
3.  For the two or three Eclipse developers in my company, improved versions of
    the Eclipse darcs plugin.
