Bug in darcs 1.0.3 (release), running on Windows XP.
To reproduce:
mkdir test
cd test
darcs init
echo a > a.txt
darcs record -l -a
darcs unpull
In response to "Shall I unpull this patch?" press the "a" key.
The prompt "Really unpull all undecided patches?" appears.
A blinking cursor appears after this message and the CPU usage is 0%
but the program is now unresponsive: in particular, there is no
response to typing "yes" followed by the return key.
