This is broken -- I'm getting errors when parsing things like
name "add sendmail-command option"
Easy to reproduce -- just try to do a full build, it will break when
trying to run make_changelog.
(It is a good idea to do a full build and make check when submitting
patches; it's not important, since I do it anyway, but it might save
time.)
