It looks to me like your Ghc has a problem. seekRepo and
youNeedToBeInRepo are indeed imported twice, but once unqualified and
once qualified. I have no idea whether this is legal Haskell, but it
certainly does compile under 6.4.1. This code has been around for
almost a year now (I wrote it last summer), so I guess I did compile
it with 6.4.0 at some point.
As a workaround, you could add the clause
hiding ( seekRepo, youNeedToBeInRepo )
to line 43, but I'd rather not add such a workaround to the
repository.

I systematically do a full build followed with ``make check'' before
pushing, so a build problem cannot go unnoticed (modulo different Ghc
versions and configure options, of course).
