It seems harmless enough anyway. If I understand correctly, the Population module is a handy wrapper around PopulationData, and is only used by Annotate. One day it will figure in something like libdarcs... > hunk ./Population.lhs 242 > -lookup_pop f p@(Pop _ (PopFile i)) > +lookup_pop f p = lookup_pop' (unpackPS $ fn2ps $ fp2fn f) p Would it make sense to just use encode_white here?
