Remember that for darcs it isn't sufficient that files have identical
names for them to be considered "the same file". In fact, they can even
have different names, but they have to be created by the same addfile
patch.

Add this file to one of the repositories, record and pull this patch
to the other repo.

As Yuval said already, it's also important to avoid unneccesary
dependencies between patches.
