Hello
I just noticed that removing a file without a trailing newline appears not as a remove but
a modification in whatsnew -s output(the modification being remove contents of file and
add a single newline). And I suppose it is intentional since I found this post from 2003
http://www.abridgegame.org/pipermail/darcs-users/2003/000761.html and from how I read it
it talks about dealing with this issue.
it is just a minor annoyance but I am curious about the reason for this feature.
