I'm still confused by this. Is there a difference between a "concrete
hunk patch" and a "concrete token replace patch"? A tree pair is a
tree pair.
I think we agree on everything else at this point, there's some
difference in wording that I can adjust to, and I will avoid using
particular representations (such as "diff -urN S T") when I really
mean the general concept (such as "(S,T)").
