it works great :)

the only thing that is slow is the diff generation, but i know that the slowness of that is depends on the speed of 'darcs diff'

two additional ideas:

1) (maybe you already mentioned) the ability to display not only the diffs of older version, but the full content of a file

2) it would be nice to be able to display the darcs patch itself. something like the zcat of _darcs/patches/foo.gz
a) it's more readable than the diff
b) it's faster to display (you don't have to call darcs for that)
