I have wanted this feature too at times. I think it has been brought up
before.. for symmetry it would be nice to be able to ignore patches on
pulling too and you won't be prompted to pull them in the future. We
wouldn't need to change anything else, since you either have the patch
already or don't so you know if you are ignoring pushes or pulls.

--list could be  made a part of the 'query' command which I think was
being worked on as a general query mechanism

we probably don't need --remove if we have an option like

u) unignore patch 

which appears when you do a push or pull with the --show-ignored-patches
option.
