Haskell is of course written in Haskell, as are several varieties of
LISP, and FORTRAN. It's true that they weren't bootstrapped in
Haskell, but that's true of every language, including machine. (It's
arguable that LISP was bootstrapped in LISP, but granting that
requires a fair amount of abstraction on the part of the person
holding the opinion.)
