This text in FAQ seems too strong to me (especially the words *every*
and *need*):
These context files needs to be distributed over the group, and
*every* time someone applies a patch from someone else, they *need*
to send out a new, updated, context file
The only problem is see with sending context files less often is that
patch bundles will contain more patches than strictly neccesary.
Do we agree that it should be changed?
