Well, it does produce an RSS feed for each project (and since the last
release, Atom too). Check the icon on the left, the bottom.
It doesn't produce one for all repos, do you really find that useful?
Anyway, I guess an OPML for the repo index would make sense too, maybe I
can add that sometime soon.
