I think it might be helpful for some feedback being standard on a push
command.
I just pushed a wad of 42 patches from my working repo to the master
copy. It took much longer than I'm used to although I've not pushed
quite that many before but I've pushed in the 30 range before.
Just as I was about to give up and hit control-c thinking I had some
sort exponential issue happening it finished.
A simple "Pushing patch [x/n]" while its working would have given me the
warm fuzzy I was needing to know all was well.
