I tried both the latest cygwin and non-cygwin binaries and got the same
error (seems to work fine from a mac). I get the following errors :
% darcs get --partial http://www.iolanguage.com/darcs/Io
Invalid multiplex command.

Applying patch 1 of 550... Unapplicable patch:

I'm running on XP Pro SP2.
