Hello, I use a development version of darcs which I received from the TortoiseDarcs people yesterday. I don't know if it contains any patches not found in the main darcs branch. I use this version of darcs on Windows XP together with PuTTY.
The problem is that when doing a get, push or pull via SSH, directories named darcs-ssh are created. I saw them inside the working copy, in the directory immediately above the root of the working copy and in _darcs/pristine. darcs-ssh in _darcs/pristine is, of course, a big problem since it makes the repository inconsistent. From some small tests I got the impression that only darcs get creates darcs-ssh inside _darcs/pristine so that for the moment it seems to be sufficient to remove _darcs/pristine/darcs-ssh immediately after a get. Nevertheless, I'd like this problem to be resolved. Can anybody tell me what's the reason for the creation of these directories is and how I can stop them being created?
