When I last tried 1.1.0pre > on Windows it was getting a full repository. Although the problems with pending and unrecorded changes is fixed, there are unfortunately a few regressions in 1.0.10pre, and I'm having a really hard time finding time for darcs right now. I'll make a new try this weekend, and maybe I'll get together a 1.0.10rc1 for testing.
