Hey Isaac, Since Darcheology is itself completely free, both in price and in spirit, we would welcome any effort on your part to port the source to run under GNUStep, on any platform you choose. Our main goal for the project to to create a great, free tool for the platform we choose to use and like. That, and to help spread the good news of darcs far and wide.
