Rejected.  If .hc files are only created when bootstrapping ghc, then
there's no reason to add them to the boring file for every darcs
repository.  If there's some other reason to add these regexps to the
boring file, then we could consider it.

This depended on the .hc patch above that was rejected.

Rejected.  aclocal.m4 is not necessarily auto-generated.  For instance,
it's in the darcs repository.  It's much more friendly to allow users to
add their source code by default.

Rejected.  I don't believe that dist/ is a particularly uncommon directory
name.

Please refrain in the future from recording random whitespace changes in
the same patch as an actual change.  I'm applying anyhow, but next time,
please don't do this.
