No problem! The distinction is a new one (introduced in the work towards
2.0), which is to allow failing tests to be added to the repository while
still checking for regressions, by putting the failing tests (which
normally are not regressions) in a separate directory.

That might be a good idea.  I think there's also a README in tests/ which
needs updating...  :(
