You only need delete the lock file.  But you should also run darcs
check on your repository, since it could have been corrupted when
darcs died.  Actually, with the hashed repository format I don't think
that's possible, but it's a good idea.  The lock is left behind when
darcs is a killed in a way that doesn't allow it to clean up.
