I don't think the following is a very nice solution, but in one of my
projects, I asked my makefile to strip all the literate stuff,
creating plain Haskel files that I would then run haddock on:
$(SOURCE_HSD_1): %.hsd: %.lhs
ghc -cpp -E -optP-P -ignore-scc -D__HADDOCK__ $< -o $@
