Yes, that's the idea.  I don't believe that darcs has enough developer
interest and time to continue support at an adequate level (e.g. for
windows), and I think it's a good idea for users to know this so they
can make an informed choice when deciding whether to use darcs.  I
still think this is true.  Eric is more optimistic, I think.

I especially didn't want users to make the mistake of assuming that
because darcs 2 was released (and 2.0.2) that bugs in darcs would
continue to be fixed.
