I propose to make the darcs-devel user nosy on All topics. This should change our existing setup as follows: darcs-devel will receive all bug comments, not just new bugs. (To anyone thinking this is too much, I say: if bug comments are worth inviting and posting, they're worth seeing - let's give it a trial.)
