Does anybody have suggestions on how we could go about this?  Trent has
posted some useful facts about Debian/Ubuntu clearly long past GHC 6.4
usage.  A phone home feature and harvesting the data seems like it might
be far off.

In the meantime, would an informal poll do the trick? Could you let us
know if you are using GHC 6.4 or somebody you know is (and you think
that upgrading to a later GHC would be too difficult?).  Thanks!
