Dmitry, have a look at tools/upload.cgi. I think it does what we want. If David agrees and if you help me, I could put it on darcs.net. David: another thing I've been meaning to ask you: any objections if I start uploading api-doc (haddocks) to http://darcs.net/api-doc via rsync? I might also look into some sort of CIA mechanism so that #darcs knows whenever patches get applied. This sort of thing could be nice for the community, give us a nice intuitive feel for the progress we're making.
