{-# LANGUAGE ForeignFunctionInterface #-} was present,
though, I think, in 6.6, if you're willing to put things in
source-files (in 6.6, IIRC, it just turned on mostly all
extensions at once because they weren't all separated yet in
GHC's internal logic, but still..)
