So initially I was afraid of us letting the regex dependencies change, but then as Trent points out, folks have been using this version of the regex library for some time anyway. I've also grepped for Text.Regex imports in the code, and there does not appear to be any reason to believe that changing regex libraries could somehow impact darcs's backward-compatibility. I think I must have gotten confused with the time that somebody proposed an ultra-fancy darcs replace: http://bugs.darcs.net/issue97 and David pointing out that if we were to do this, we would have to swallow up a regex library into darcs. So I'm going to apply this if nobody prophecies disaster.
